A new restaurant in Washington, DC, is making chicken gravy, but not for people.
It’s made for people, too, because the food itself is made with duck.
“It’s not a restaurant,” says chef James Gage, whose duck meatball dish is the centerpiece of the restaurant’s signature menu.
“This is a home-cooked restaurant.”
